1. Definitions

• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with any written service quotation or work order.
• "We / Us / Our" — Horolune, the watch repair atelier operating at 14 Soi Charoen Krung 43, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500.
• "You / User" — any person who visits this website or engages Horolune for repair or restoration services.
• "Service" — watch repair, movement servicing, restoration, or any other work carried out by Horolune on a timepiece.
• "Content" — text, images, and other material published on this website by Horolune.
• "Timepiece" — the watch or clock you entrust to us for Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry or timepiece for service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to this Agreement.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. We do not enter into service agreements with minors.

3. Service Description

Horolune offers professional watch repair and restoration in Bangkok, including:

• Mechanical movement servicing (full strip, clean, oil, and regulation)
• Vintage restoration and case refinishing
• Battery replacement, gasket renewal, and water-resistance pressure testing

All services are carried out at our workshop at 14 Soi Charoen Krung 43, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500. We do not offer postal or courier-based intake at this time.

We reserve the right to decline service on any timepiece where, in our professional assessment, the work cannot be completed safely or to an appropriate standard.

4. User Responsibilities

When using this website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all enquiries and service forms.
• Disclose any known faults, previous repairs, or modifications to your timepiece before work begins.
• Collect your timepiece within 30 days of being notified that it is ready.
• Not reproduce, copy, or distribute any Content from this website without prior written consent.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to circumvent, damage, or interfere with the operation of this website.
• Submitting false or misleading information about a timepiece or its ownership.
• Using the website for any unlawful purpose under Thai law.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content on this website — including text, photographs, illustrations, and the Horolune name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Horolune and is protected under Thai intellectual property law.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Before-and-after photographs taken of your timepiece during a service remain the property of Horolune and may be used for portfolio or documentation purposes, unless you ask us not to in writing before work begins.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿). Our standard service prices are:

A written quotation will be provided before any work commences. You must confirm acceptance before we begin. Additional costs arising from undisclosed faults or parts not covered in the original scope will be communicated and agreed before they are incurred.

Payment is due in full upon collection of the timepiece. We accept cash and major bank transfers. We do not extend credit.

If a timepiece is not collected within 30 days of completion notice, a storage fee may apply. If uncollected after 90 days, we reserve the right to treat the timepiece as abandoned, subject to applicable Thai law.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Turnaround Estimates

Estimated turnaround times given at intake are working estimates, not binding commitments. Delays may arise from parts availability, complexity of work discovered during servicing, or workshop scheduling. We will notify you if an estimate changes materially.

Service Warranty

Mechanical movement servicing carries a 12-month service warranty covering the work performed. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by impact, water ingress, or use inconsistent with normal wear. Vintage restoration work is documented before and after; the warranty on cosmetic elements is 6 months.

Condition Reports

A written condition report is included with mechanical movement servicing. For vintage restoration, before-and-after documentation is provided. You may request a copy of any condition report at collection.

8. Disclaimers

This website and its Content are provided for informational purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations as to completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

Watch repair carries inherent risk, particularly with aged, modified, or fragile timepieces. We take all reasonable care, but we cannot accept liability for faults that are pre-existing, concealed, or that arise from the condition of the watch itself rather than our workmanship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Horolune's total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Loss of sentimental or collector value beyond the market value of the timepiece.
• Delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including supplier delays, natural events, or public health measures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai consumer protection law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Horolune, its staff, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation about a timepiece or its ownership, or your unlawful use of this website.

11. Termination

You may cancel a service order at any time before work has begun, at no cost. If work has commenced, you will be liable for the cost of labour and parts incurred to that point.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any customer who engages in abusive conduct, provides false information, or otherwise breaches these Terms. Sections 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive any termination of this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed informally: please contact us at [email protected] and we will make every effort to resolve the matter within 14 working days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless Thai consumer protection law requires otherwise.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — these Terms, together with any service quotation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter.
• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver — failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a sale of the business.
• Notices — formal notices should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our registered address.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, identified by the effective date at the top. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, for instance by posting a notice on our homepage.

Continued use of the website or our services after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
